179D Energy Director

The 179D Energy Director is responsible for leading our energy efficiency projects, focusing on the 179D tax deduction. You will work with commercial building owners, architects, and engineers to identify energy-efficient improvements that qualify for tax incentives. This role demands a deep understanding of energy efficiency, IRS regulations related to the 179D deduction, and exceptional leadership to guide our clients through the qualification process.

Evaluate commercial buildings for energy-efficient improvements and eligibility for the 179D tax deduction.
Lead the preparation and review of energy models and related documentation to support 179D claims.
Advise clients on energy-saving strategies and improvements to maximize tax benefits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive energy efficiency assessments.
Stay abreast of changes in tax law and energy policies affecting the 179D deduction.

Cost Segregation Quality Manager

As a Cost Segregation Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert cost segregation studies, enhancing tax savings for our clients by identifying and reclassifying personal property assets. You will lead a team of specialists, ensuring the quality and accuracy of cost segregation reports, and work closely with clients to maximize their return on investment.

Conduct detailed engineering reviews of properties to determine fixed assets’ classification and depreciation.
Supervise and review cost segregation analyses to ensure compliance with IRS regulations and standards.
Collaborate with tax consultants, accountants, and clients to integrate cost segregation strategies into broader tax planning efforts.
Manage and mentor a team of cost segregation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
